Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms govern all orders placed on the INDOTITANS online store. Placing an order means you accept them in full.
2. Products
Every piece is produced in limited runs. Product images are as faithful as possible; slight variations in fabric tone are normal.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in euros, taxes included. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before payment.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is validated. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or stock error.
5. Liability
INDOTITANS cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of a product or from care instructions not being followed.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts after an attempt at amicable settlement.
