Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
How to return
Email us with your order number. We send you a prepaid return label within 24 business hours.
Refunds
Once the return is received and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are free, subject to availability. Otherwise we refund you so you can reorder.
Exclusions
Custom pieces and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
